Subscription Terms
Effective Date: July 25, 2025
1.You may access and use Money.ai and our services only after completing the subscription process. The specific features and services available to you are subject to the offerings provided by Money.ai, and may include, but are not limited to, receiving daily personalized podcasts and engaging in conversations with AI analysts.
2. Subscription. Your subscription is automatically renewed at the end of each cycle (every month or every year, depending on the option you chose at the time of purchase) until you cancel it.
3. Payment method. At confirmation of purchase (after you confirm your purchase by single-touch identification, facial recognition or otherwise accepting the subscription terms provided on the Apple payment pop-up screen), the payment will be made according to the amount of the option you choose and the payment method you submitted. You authorize the app store to charge the applicable subscription fee based on the payment method you use.
4. Cancellation. Your subscription is automatically renewed at the end of each cycle until you cancel it. Please note that deleting the app or logging out of your account does not cancel your subscription. If you have made a subscription on Apple Store, you can cancel the subscription at any time by turning off automatic renewal in the Apple ID account settings. To avoid unnecessary charges, please cancel your subscription in your account settings at least 24 hours before the end of your current subscription cycle. You can manage your subscriptions separately. You can learn more about managing subscriptions (and how to unsubscribe) on the Apple support page. Unsubscribing means that the automatic renewal function will be disabled, but you can still use all the subscription privileges for the remaining time of the current cycle.
5. Refund. In particular, the purchase must comply with the refund policy of Apple Store. This means that we cannot offer a refund for products purchased through Apple Store. Instead, you need to contact Apple Store customer service personnel. If you make a subscription on Apple Store: If you are eligible for a refund, you must apply directly to Apple Store for a refund. To apply for a refund, please follow the instructions on the Apple Store support page.
6. Changes. Within the greatest extent permitted by any applicable law, we may change subscription discounts and fees at any time. We will give you a reasonable notice of any such fee changes by publishing new prices on the or through the app, sending you email notifications or in other significant ways. If you do not want to pay the new fee, you can cancel the corresponding subscription before the change takes effect. 7.The Subscription Terms constitute an essential and inseparable part of the Terms of Service. To the extent of any conflict or inconsistency between the Subscription Terms and the Terms of Service, the Subscription Terms shall govern and control.
